Dead Piston from B20/VTEC Here's the piston that melted from the B20 back in January. You can clearly see where the top ring blew all the way through the bottom ring land and allowed enough blowby to melt a hole through the top and side of the piston. Don't downshift while angry! It's a bad thing, especially if you're not watching your revs too closely. This piston started life as an "NA High Compression" spec Endyn Rollerwave piston, 84.5mm bore B20 with a B16A head.
